The Kenny James Miller Band is an all-original rock and blues band located in northwest Montana.
The potency of a large rock band fits into the hands of three accomplished musicians: Ken Sederdahl on lead guitar and vocals, Chris Coen on bass, and Greg Sewell on drums.
Growing up in the late 60’s and 70’s, Ken has always had a love and feel for the blues. SRV, Robin Trower, Jimi Hendrix, Gary Moore, and Warren Haynes are just some of his influences. Ken masters both the technique and feel of old school blues, bringing the classic sound to his original works.
This trio of seasoned musicians is capable of opening or sharing a stage with any top band. KJMB won the Spokane, WA, Regional Semi-Final Competition for the 2011 Blues Foundation’s International Blues Challenge, and also received the Inland Empire Blues Society’s “Best New Blues Band” Award in 2011. They shared the stage with Robin Trower in 2011, and Blues Deluxe Radio, a nationally syndicated radio show, selected their original song, “Can’t You Hear Me”, was selected for air-play. The Kenny James Miller Band was also featured in the Montana PBS program, “11th & Grant with Eric Funk,” in 2015.
The Kenny James Miller Band is also available as an Acoustic Trio for a more relaxed atmosphere; and Ken is available as a solo act.
