iLuminate: An action-filled visual feast

iLuminate fuses dance and technology in Artist of Life, Feb. 24 at the ABT

On Stage

In a performance that’s fun for the whole family, iLuminate fuses dance and technology in their full-length show, Artist of Life, 7 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Alberta Bair Theater in Billings.

Join an action-filled journey of light and sound as a group of friends go out clubbing in a city of glowing colors and heart-pounding musical beats. iLuminate brings this story of adventure and romance to life through an array of dance styles – from contemporary to popping and breaking – as  expressed through lighted body suits, perfectly choreographed to music by artists such as Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars, James Brown, Janet Jackson, Chris Brown, LMFAO, The Wanted, and Sam Smith.

“Move over Blue Man Group and Stomp, iLuminate is in the house! A magical visual feast! Astounding!” writes Times Square Chronicles.

Directed and produced by innovator Miral Kotb, Artist of Light has been seen Off Broadway, and tours the United States, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

Tickets, $45/$33 and $25 for students with valid I.D., are available at the Alberta Bair Theater Box Office on the corner of 3rd Ave N and N Broadway, by phone at 406-256-6052 and online at www.albertabairtheater.org.

iLuminate also performs for students at 12:30 p.m. Feb. 25 (tickets are $6).
