Abayance Bay's Summer Concert Series
On the shores of Lake Koocanusa, Abayance Bay Marina’s 2026 Summer Concert Series offers more than just live music—it delivers a uniquely Montana experience where waterfront sunsets, mountain views, and unforgettable performances come together. As Abayance Bay describes it, this is a place where nationally touring artists, rising stars, and fan favorites create the soundtrack of summer in northwest Montana.
The season begins with the highly anticipated Red Clay Strays Fan Fest, running June 24–28, a multi-day celebration featuring performances and fan experiences that are expected to draw visitors from across the country. Supporting performers include friends Lukas Nelson and St. Paul & The Broken Bones.

July keeps the momentum rolling with Tobacco River Ramblers on July 3 (including an awesome BBQ from which partial proceeds will be donated to the Rocky Mountain Hope Network), followed by New Wave Time Trippers on July 11, Super Diamond: The Neil Diamond Tribute on July 18, and Ten Band: A Tribute to Pearl Jam on July 25. These shows bring a mix of regional favorites, nostalgic hits, and crowd-pleasing tributes to the lakeside stage.
August is packed with standout performances. Fans can catch Halladay and Rob Quist on August 1 and BC/DC on August 8 before one of the summer’s biggest concerts arrives with Ole 60 on August 14. Just days later, southern rock legends Gov’t Mule take the stage on August 19, followed by acclaimed Americana group The Last Revel on August 21. The month closes with Zoso: The Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience on August 29, delivering a powerful tribute to one of rock’s most iconic bands.
On Wednesdays at The Bay, throughout July and August from 6-9 p.m. the music comes alive in every form—rock, country, blues, and everything in between—set against the open air and wide horizon. Lounge on the lawn, grab a snack, a bevvie, and enjoy. This series is free to all. The summer concludes with Michelle Rivers and Hannah King New Album Release Event on September 1, providing a fitting finale to a season filled with diverse sounds and memorable nights.
Whether arriving by boat, camper, or car, concertgoers will find more than a venue at Abayance Bay—they’ll discover a destination. With live music, outdoor recreation, and a welcoming community atmosphere, the marina continues to prove that some of the best concert experiences happen far from the city lights. This summer, the soundtrack of Montana starts at the lake.
