Hand-Printed Valentines Workshop

This beginner-friendly block printing class is the perfect place to learn the basics of carving and printing individual designs, and just in time for Valentine’s Day. In this 90-minute workshop, local printmaker Leah Shea will guide students step-by-step through simple block printing techniques and use them to create handmade Valentine’s cards or small prints. No prior experience needed.
This class is perfect for a creative date night, a Galentine’s outing with friends, or anyone looking to learn a new skill and make something heartfelt by hand. All supplies are included, and for students to keep, so they can continue printing at home if inspired. During class, carve one design and have plenty of time to print it repeatedly, leaving with a set of handmade cards perfect for gifts, or keeping.
