Makoshika Summer Youth Program: Lights Out!

Children ages 7-13 are invited to join Makoshika State Park staff for an exciting and educational experience! Students will learn about light pollution and the effects of it on wildlife, and develop plans to reduce the adverse effects of artificial light.
Participants will explore a variety of hands-on natural science topics as well as craft making, game playing, and snacks. The Summer Youth Program is free to the public.
