Mindfulness, Emotions and Buddhist Psychology (ONLINE with Dave Smith)

By employing the direct applications of mindfulness, we can gain better access into the nature of our emotions, and most importantly begin to establish a kind and cooperative attitude towards them.
During this online workshop, participants will build conceptual knowledge of Buddhist psychology, understand the science of emotions, and recognize and work with emotional triggers through the development of mindfulness.
Anyone is invited to attend regardless of practice experience. This class is appropriate for beginners or experienced meditators.
Dave Smith is an internationally recognized Buddhist meditation teacher, addiction treatment specialist, and published author. His background is rooted in the Insight Meditation tradition.
