What is Evil: Seminar with Montana Friends of Jung

Mar 28

Free

The problem of evil infects the individual psyche and society. It is sweeping across world cultures and political arrangements. What is it? Where do we locate it? What can we do about it?
Nations take action against evil perceived “out there” by building elaborate defense and prison systems. Countries go to war. What about the evil “within,” the evil we do without conscious awareness, the evil we do to ourselves? Can the perpetrator, inner or outer, be rehabilitated? Is there a therapy for evil?
Presenter is Dr. Murray Stein, a training analyst and president of the International School of Analytic Psychology in Zurich, Switzerland. He is the author of many books and articles in the field of Jungian Psychoanalysis. He has lectured internationally and presently makes his home in Switzerland.
The seminar is free and open to the public. Two CEU credits are available; for more information email [email protected] o
