Resilience is that ability to not only survive hard times, but to be able to learn from them and come out stronger. Why do some people experience traumas and come out the other side strong and positive, while others don’t? Attend this workshop to learn about some of the science behind resilience. In addition, Christine Lustik, PhD, will share some practices that can help participants develop and strengthen their own personal resilience.
Lustik is the owner of Mindfulness in Organizations, LLC. and trains individuals and groups within education, non-profit, healthcare, government, and corporate to practice mindfulness with the goal of decreasing stress and chaos and increasing focus and resiliency.
