"A Little Party Never Killed Nobody!"
Trade your everyday look for something frightfully fabulous. The Moss Mansion Monster Ball returns October 31, 2026, bringing Halloween revelry to Billings from 7 to 10 p.m. Gather your favorite party companions, dream up a memorable costume and make an evening of it.
With dancing, specialty cocktails and themed lounges, this Halloween party offers plenty of reasons to leave the couch behind. Whether your style runs toward classic vampire elegance or an outrageous creature creation, let your imagination lead the way.
Dance, Sip and Strike a Pose
DJ Dan of Black-Tie Productions MT will supply the soundtrack beneath the large outdoor event tent. Step onto the dance floor, then head inside for appetizers and specialty cocktails in lounges on different mansion levels.
Three featured cocktails add a seasonal twist, while nonalcoholic options give guests another choice. Additional alcohol will be available for purchase at the tent bar.
Meanwhile, the photobooth offers a chance to capture your Halloween transformation. Bring your best monster look: organizers will award the top monster costume at 9 p.m. For competitive cosplayers, that means another reason to perfect those finishing touches.
Make Your Halloween Plans
Admission costs $55 and includes access to the mansion and grounds, specialty cocktails, appetizers, photobooth pictures and dancing. Your evening also supports the museum. Proceeds from Moss Mansion activities help fund daily operations and preservation work.
Plan your outfit with comfort in mind. Guests will climb stairs between the indoor lounges, so choose sensible shoes that can handle both exploring and dancing. Consider how easily you can move in your costume before adding that final dramatic accessory.
Upon arrival, check in behind the mansion. Guests holding tickets for ages 21 and older should bring identification. Reservations are nonrefundable, but transfers are available by calling 406-256-5100.
For friends planning a festive night together, the Moss Mansion Monster Ball pairs Halloween creativity with a chance to support a local museum. Pick your costume, gather your group and get ready to celebrate.
